FN&#8217;s videnskabelige komit\u00e9 for virkninger af atomstr\u00e5ling (UNSCEAR) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unscear.org\/unscear\/en\/chernobyl.html\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">v\u00e6ret skyld i omkring 60 d\u00f8dsfald<\/span>.<\/a><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WHO estimerer, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news\/item\/05-09-2005-chernobyl-the-true-scale-of-the-accident\">at der p\u00e5 langt sigt kan blive tale om 4.000 d\u00f8dsfald<\/a><\/span>, hvor str\u00e5ling kan have en indvirkning p\u00e5 d\u00f8ds\u00e5rsagen. Til sammenligning d\u00f8r der <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/rogerpielke\/2020\/03\/10\/every-day-10000-people-die-due-to-air-pollution-from-fossil-fuels\/#cdd6c32b6a7a\">omkring 10.000 mennesker<\/a><\/span> om dagen p\u00e5 grund af luftforurening fra fossile br\u00e6ndsler.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Den egentlige dr\u00e6ber<\/strong><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dr.dk\/nyheder\/viden\/klima\/beskidt-luft-fra-olie-gas-og-kul-draeber-87-millioner-mennesker-om-aaret\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Der d\u00f8r \u00e5rligt 9 millioner som konsekvens af luftforurening<\/span><\/a> fra forbr\u00e6nding af olie, gas og kul til energiproduktion.<\/span><\/p><p>\u201c[&#8230;] de borgere, som fortsatte med at bo i omr\u00e5det omkring Tjernobyl, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC1851009\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">har en mindre d\u00f8delighedsrate<\/span><\/a> end borgere, som bliver eksponeret for store m\u00e6ngder af luftforurening i storbyerne.\u201d<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Tjernobyl reddede liv<\/strong><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/pris.iaea.org\/PRIS\/CountryStatistics\/ReactorDetails.aspx?current=575\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tjernobyl producerede ren str\u00f8m frem til \u00e5r 2000<\/span><\/a>, hvilket betyder, at Tjernobyl faktisk reddede flere liv end, der gik tabt som konsekvens af ulykken. Hvis alt den energi, som en gennemsnitsdansker bruger gennem et helt liv, skulle produceres med atomkraft, vil det<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0samlede affaldsaftryk fylde det samme som en cola d\u00e5se = 0,33 l.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Sikkert at opbevare<br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derudover skal man huske p\u00e5, at brugt br\u00e6ndsel ikke lagres i v\u00e6ske, gas eller finpartiklet st\u00f8v &#8211; men i solidt metal. Det er alts\u00e5 ikke en substans, der l\u00e6kker, siver eller bl\u00e6ses v\u00e6k. Det kan ikke eksplodere, og det er ikke brandfarligt. Det render ingen steder.<br \/><\/span><\/p><p><b>Ansvarsfuld industri<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.world-nuclear.org\/information-library\/nuclear-fuel-cycle\/nuclear-wastes\/radioactive-waste-management.aspx\">Dertil kommer, at atomindustrien, er den eneste industri, som tager ansvar for sit eget affald.<\/a> Omkostninger til affald h\u00e5ndteres af industrien selv, s\u00e5 disse ikke l\u00e6gges over p\u00e5 borgerne, ligesom industriens affald selvf\u00f8lgelig heller ikke udledes til milj\u00f8et.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Finland har en permanent l\u00f8sning<\/strong><br \/>Det affald, som ikke kan genbruges, skal ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 et tidspunkt langtidsdeponeres. Det kan synes som en ubehagelig l\u00f8sning, men det er faktisk ret sikkert, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/260633224_Final_disposal_of_radioactive_waste\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">og i Finland har man allerede fundet l\u00f8sningen<\/span><\/a>. Onkalu-deponeringsfaciliteten i Finland lagrer brugt br\u00e6ndsel, og der er lavet\u00a0 beregninger p\u00e5, hvad et worst case udslip ville have af konsekvenser (Freiesleben. 2013). Konklusionen er, at i det v\u00e6rste tilf\u00e6lde ville der blive udledt en \u00f8get str\u00e5ling til milj\u00f8et p\u00e5 0,0002 mSv\/\u00e5r, hvilket svarer til den bestr\u00e5ling, man f\u00e5r ved at spise to bananer, da de indeholder det radioaktive stof Kalium.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ikke lad frygten f\u00e5 lov at bestemme<\/strong><br \/>Det er helt fair at f\u00f8le ubehag ved tanken om at grave potentielt affald ned i jorden i mange, mange \u00e5r &#8211; men man skal huske proportionerne. If\u00f8lge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/projected-costs-of-generating-electricity-2020\">Det Internationale Energiagentur (IEA)<\/a> er atomkraft 45% billigere end havvind ved samme lave inveteringsrente p\u00e5 3%.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det Internationale Energiagentur (IEA) udgav i slutning af 2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/projected-costs-of-generating-electricity-2020\">en oversigt over priserne for forskellige energiteknologier<\/a>. Ved en investeringsrente p\u00e5 3% for alle energikilderne kan vi se, at atomkraft koster 45 $\/MWh. Prisen p\u00e5 havvind ligger p\u00e5 66 $\/MWh. Lazards antagelser sk\u00e6vvrider sammenligningen kraftigt til fordel for vind\/sol og til ulempe for atomkraft, uden at have empirisk grundlag for det. Derfor finder de nogle helt andre prisestimater end energieksperterne i Det Internationale Energiagentur (IEA).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For det f\u00f8rste antager Lazard en meget h\u00f8j investeringsrente p\u00e5 10% for atomkraft, men 0% for vind og sol, hvilket i sig selv g\u00f8r sammenligningen dybt urimelig. Yderligere antager Lazard en levetid for atomkraft p\u00e5 40 \u00e5r, selvom mange atomkraftv\u00e6rker f\u00e5r licens til drift i minimum 60 \u00e5r, og selvom der <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/unece.org\/sites\/default\/files\/2021-08\/Nuclear%20power%20brief_EN_0.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">if\u00f8lge FN<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ikke eksisterer nogen teknisk begr\u00e6nsning p\u00e5 levetiden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Som om det ikke var nok, antager Lazard urealistisk h\u00f8je kapacitetsfaktorer for vind og sol. En kapacitetsfaktor fort\u00e6ller, hvor meget en energikilde i gennemsnit producerer i forhold til, hvad den er i stand til. N\u00e5r Lazard antager, at vind- og solkraft har h\u00f8je kapacitetsfaktorer, bliver den estimerede pris p\u00e5 disse energikilder lavere, fordi de i s\u00e5 fald ville kunne producere mere energi i deres levetid til de samme omkostninger.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problemet er dog, at antagelserne er st\u00e6rkt kritisable og ikke har rod i virkeligheden. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/preview.redd.it\/dr4liqo9xec81.gif?format=mp4&amp;s=7d23ec4de1d27e6299872b73bcaf96fe563f8370\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I Tyskland<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> havde vindenergi i perioden 2015-2021 en gennemsnitlig kapacitetsfaktor p\u00e5 ca. 25%, mens Lazard antager 38-55% &#8211; endda ogs\u00e5 for landvind. For sol var kapacitetsfaktoren i Tyskland ca. 10%, mens Lazard antager mellem 14 og helt op til 36%. Man skulle n\u00e6sten tro Lazard havde en interesse med deres beregningsmodel (de har store investeringer i vind og sol). <\/span><\/p><p><strong>At sammenligne p\u00e6rer og bananer &#8211; systemomkostninger (System LCOE):<br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det giver i virkeligheden ikke mening at sammenligne prisen en-til-en mellem vind\/sol og atomkraft. Man sammenligner heller ikke prisen p\u00e5 en cykel og en lastbil, selvom de begge er transportmidler. Uanset hvor mange cykler man k\u00f8ber, kan lastbilen stadig levere noget andet. Atomkraft leverer styrbar elektricitet, hvilket har langt st\u00f8rre v\u00e6rdi for energisystemet end en tilsvarende m\u00e6ngde elektricitet fra vind og sol. Man skal huske at indregne alle omkostninger &#8211; s\u00e6rligt til back up og overkapacitet.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forklaringen er, at et elnet altid skal v\u00e6re i balance mellem elproduktion og elforbrug. S\u00e5 n\u00e5r vindens bl\u00e6st og solens str\u00e5ler ikke passer med samfundets elforbrug, er det et problem. N\u00e5r vind- og solkraft leverer for lav elproduktion, m\u00e5 andre styrbare energikilder tage over. Der er alts\u00e5 behov for, at kraftv\u00e6rker st\u00e5r klar i kulissen, hvis vejret driller. N\u00e5r vejret s\u00e5 leverer som \u00f8nsket, s\u00e5 m\u00e5 kraftv\u00e6rker, der fyrer med fx kul eller biomasse i stedet k\u00f8re i tomgang, da de ellers tager for lang tid om at s\u00e6tte i gang ved behov. Gaskraftv\u00e6rker beh\u00f8ver dog ikke k\u00f8re i tomgang og kan starte hurtigt op.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prisen for disse back up kilder medregnes ikke i en normal beregningsmodel, der kun ser p\u00e5 prisen for at producere den samlede m\u00e6ngde energi fra en energikildes levetid. Hvis man samtidig vil undg\u00e5 at basere behovet for back up p\u00e5 fossiler eller biomasse, er man n\u00f8dt til at lagre energien via eksempelvis power-to-x eller batterier, som er meget langt fra at v\u00e6re \u00f8konomisk rentable l\u00f8sninger at etablere p\u00e5 storskala, og som ikke er gjort noget sted i verden. Man spiller hasard med klimaet ved at satse s\u00e5 h\u00e5rdt p\u00e5 disse l\u00f8sninger. L\u00f8sninger, som atomkraft i energimixet, ville have langt mindre behov for at satse p\u00e5 i bestr\u00e6belserne p\u00e5 at komme af med de fossile energikilder.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Udover at indregne behovet for back up skal man ogs\u00e5 huske at indregne det faktum, at jo mere kapacitet, der tilf\u00f8res med vind- og solenergi, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14786451.2020.1753742\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">jo flere tilf\u00e6lde vil der v\u00e6re af overkapacitet p\u00e5 elnettet<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Overkapacitet betyder, at der p\u00e5 et givent tidspunkt ikke er behov for, at elproduktionen f\u00f8lger samfundets elforbrug. Ved st\u00f8rre overkapacitet vil der alts\u00e5, n\u00e5r det bl\u00e6ser, ikke v\u00e6re behov for al den ekstra vind-str\u00f8m, og s\u00e5 bliver markedsv\u00e6rdien af vindproduktionen ganske lav og til tider endda negativ, hvorfor man enten m\u00e5 stoppe vindm\u00f8llerne eller <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tvmidtvest.dk\/midt-og-vestjylland\/tyskere-betaler-faa-slukket-danske-vindmoeller-naar-det-blaeser\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">betale andre lande for at modtage str\u00f8mmen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da vind- og solenergien fra naturens side kommer i klumper, bliver markedsv\u00e6rdien af at tilf\u00f8re mere vind- og solkraft <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/neon.energy\/Ueckerdt-Hirth-Luderer-Edenhofer-2013-System-LCOE-Costs-Renewables.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindre og mindre<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i takt med, at energikilderne fylder st\u00f8rre andel af den samlede elproduktion. Det betyder, at business-casen for at investere i vind- og solkraft bliver mindre attraktiv, da der vil v\u00e6rre mindre indtjening per produceret m\u00e6ngde str\u00f8m.<\/span><\/p><p>Da atomkraft omvendt ikke er vejrafh\u00e6ngig og ikke producerer energi i klumper, har atomstr\u00f8m st\u00f8rre v\u00e6rdi, fordi man herved undg\u00e5r en gigantisk overkapacitet og et mindre behov for back-up. Samtidig kan atomkraft ogs\u00e5 levere fjernvarme som et glimrende biprodukt til lande som Danmark, som allerede har et eksisterende fjernvarmenet, hvilket forbedrer prisen markant for atomkraft.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvis atomkraften er s\u00e5 dyr og un\u00f8dvendig, som mange h\u00e6vder, kan man ogs\u00e5 undre sig over, hvorfor der bygges eller planl\u00e6gges at bygges ny atomkraft i f\u00f8lgende europ\u00e6iske lande: Frankrig, England, Finland, Holland, Tjekkiet, Estland, Slovakiet, Polen, Rum\u00e6nien, Bulgarien, Ungarn og Ukraine &#8211; mens endnu flere er i overvejelsesfasen. P\u00e5 verdensplan er der mange flere lande p\u00e5 listen med atomkraft-ambitioner. <\/span><\/p><p>If\u00f8lge Det Internationale Energiagentur (IEA),\u00a0 s\u00e5 er det misvisende, at sammenligne prisen p\u00e5 atomkraft med vejrafh\u00e6ngige energikilder.
